In order to expedite ordering these items, our vendor Ellen’s Embroidery, Inc. will accept orders and mail your items direct. Payment is to be made to Ellen’s Embroidery, Inc. Payment by check only, please.

To order Corbin & Associates, Inc. items complete the order form, and mail or fax directly to Ellen’s Embroidery, Inc. Your order will be processed and mailed directly to you.
